Subject allocation enables the admin or Super admin to allocate subjects to classes with specific teachers.
Allocate Subject
To allocate subjects, there are procedures that you must adhere to;
- On the main menu, you see an option named Subject, clicking on this option brings a drop-down menu.
- Click on Manage Subject and this will direct you to Add new subject and View subject page.
- Here, you can add new class subjects and also view subjects.
- Choose the department, level, and subject name on the Add New Subject screen before clicking the Add button to continue.
- To the View subject page, select the department then click on the View button. You will be redirected to a page to allocate subjects
- Click on Allocate on the page you are directed to so as to assign and select a class teacher for the subject you are adding.
