Report an Incident

This documentation is explains how incidents ant be reported by the staff on Eduslick School Management Software

Incident Reports enable the admin or Super admin to be aware of incidents that occur to any of the software users on Edu-Slick SMS 

Report An Incident

To report an incident (s), there are procedures that you must adhere to;

  • On the main menu, you see an option named Human Resources, clicking on this option brings a drop-down menu.
  • Click on Incident Report and this will direct you to the Report Incident page.
  • Click the Report Incident button as seen on the top right-hand side to give details on the incident (s) to be reported.
  • You are then required to; Insert the date of the incident, Describe the incident in detail, The task performed when the incident occurred, Factors that led to the incident,  and actions taken.

           

  • Click on the Save button to report the incident.
