To edit and archive e-books you need an account with admin or librarian
Archiving E-Book
- To archive an e-book, navigate to the e-books page,
- Click view on the book you want to archive. This navigates to a page with more information about the book
- Click archive on the top right corner of the book
- A modal similar to the one below is displayed
- Fill the form and click Archive
Editing Books
- Navigate to the E-Book page. Click the view button on the card of the book you want to edit
- This navigates to a page with the book information
- Click on the button with the pencil icon at the top right corner of the page
- It navigates to a page similar to the one below
- Make changes to the ebook and click save.
- An alert similar to the one below will be displayed on successful edit
